Redesign Your Day

Every culture is unique so prescriptions don't work.  Knowing better is not doing better because behavior is hard to change.  The goal of this program is to equip people and teams to lead their own transformation.  We use design thinking approaches to facilitate subtle redesign of your team's existing individual and group processes so that they reinforce generative habits.   The best way to build new habits is to integrate them into pre-existing daily routines.
